Building from their work with Major League Baseball, the National Football League and NCAA athletes, Brian and Rod have developed programs for all ages specifically designed to advance every athlete to “the next level.” These programs offer an intense workout using traditional techniques as well as revolutionary Nike SPARQ training tools.
