Coach Brian Cooper is a Certified Speed, Agility and Quickness Trainer. Training with Coach Cooper is designed based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, work or school schedules, mecical history, etc.) Each workout is customized to the individual's fitness level and incorporates a variety of fun, challenging exercises that are specific to your goals and objectives.
